Camera and remote communication: The 0.3-megapixel camera with night vision lets you see your pet in real time. Two-way audio allows you to hear and speak to them via the app.
8L reservoir and smooth dispensing: The reservoir holds up to 32 cups of dry food. The anti-jam system automatically reverses the mechanism to help clear kibble.
Backup power and easy maintenance: The device operates on mains power and accepts four AA batteries to provide backup during a power outage. Its detachable structure and stainless steel bowl make cleaning easy; batteries are not included.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or extreme conditions.
We will email tracking codes to buyers within 24 hours after the item is shipped. Normally, the item will be delivered within 1-3 business days if you live in Ontario.
For residents living outside of Ontario, your items will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days.
You can go to the carrier's website and check the status anytime once you receive the tracking number.
If you are not at home, the driver can leave the package at your front door. New deliveries are only made twice. If you miss the second delivery, you must pick up the item at the train station within a few days before it is returned to our warehouse.
All purchases can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date. No return shipping fees will be charged if the product is defective or damaged. Otherwise, the return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. All new products come with a one-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
