If you are not at home, the driver can leave the package at your front door. New deliveries are only made twice. If you miss the second delivery, you must pick up the item at the train station within a few days before it is returned to our warehouse.

Otherwise, the return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. All new products come with a one-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
