3-in-1 Adjustable Dumbbell Set with Straight Bar and EZ Curl Bar
Vary your home workouts with this 3-in-1 multifunctional dumbbell set. The different bars allow you to quickly transform the set into individual dumbbells, a straight bar, or an EZ Curl bar depending on the exercise. Plates of various weights allow you to gradually adjust resistance to work your arms, shoulders, chest, back, and legs.
Three configurations for varied workouts: Use the two short bars to create individual dumbbells, the straight bar for traditional exercises, or the EZ Curl bar to vary arm movements. This versatile design allows you to perform multiple exercises with a single set.
Twelve plates to adjust resistance: The set includes four 6 lb plates, four 4 lb plates, and four 3.3 lb plates. You can change the combination of plates according to the exercise and gradually increase resistance as your training progresses.
Non-slip grip and secure fastening: The textured handles provide a more stable grip during exercises. Four screw-on collars keep the plates securely in place and make changing configurations easy.
PVC plates suitable for home training: The sand-filled plates are covered with PVC to reduce noise and impact on the floor. The compact size of the set also makes it easy to store in an apartment or home gym.
