Reinforced Structure and Stable Base: The rack offers a 1,100 lb (500 kg) load capacity. Its wide base and non-slip pads contribute to stability while protecting the floor.
Adjustable Settings for Your Workout: The interior width varies from 35.4 to 47.2 in. to accommodate 6 ft or 7 ft bars. The J-hooks and safety arms are height-adjustable for squats and bench presses.
Multiple Exercises at One Station: The pull-up bar at 81.5 in. high supports up to 440 lb. The 360° landmine attachment and anchor points for resistance bands expand training possibilities.
